Epitranus is a genus of wasps belonging to the family Chalcididae. This genus is the sole representative of the subfamily Epitraninae. Epitranus species are primarily distributed across tropical regions of the Old World, including Africa and Australia. Notably, the genus has also been recorded in the Nearctic region, with Epitranus clavatus introduced there.
